Siphon Xenon is a smoked Porter brewed in collaboration with Brouwerij De Dochter van de Korenaar and Galway Bay Brewery. At 7% ABV, this dark ale carries subtle smoke that complements rich chocolate and nutty undertones. The aroma blends roasted malt, chocolate and coffee with a whisper of smoke. On the palate, these elements converge into a full-bodied, creamy experience with restrained carbonation. The finish is dry and lingering, with assertive bitterness that echoes the smoked character throughout. A contemplative Porter suited to dessert pairings or as an evening closer.
