Siphon Nola (2020) is an American Porter brewed at 6% ABV by Belgian craft brewery Siphon Brewing in collaboration with Dok Brewing Company. Originally created for the Zythos beer festival in 2020, this dark ale draws character from four American hop varieties: Amarillo, Simcoe, Motueka, and Azacca. The blend of American hops with traditional Porter malt creates a beer that bridges classical brewing and contemporary hop expression. Dark malt provides the foundation while the hop selection adds complexity and edge. A beer for brewers unafraid to push the boundaries of a familiar style.
