Sint Servattumus has been brewing artisanal spelt beers in Schijndel since 1992. This Speltbier Stout merges barley malts with spelt from local fields near Liempde, creating a distinctive foundation for this dark-brown stout. The glass reveals a lightly roasted aroma with coffee notes and subtle licorice hints. On the palate, sweet roasted malts meet a dry, malt-forward finish that balances both character. At 6% alcohol, this is an approachable stout that avoids heaviness.
