Batch #50 is Reservoir Dogs Brewery's landmark Imperial Stout, first brewed in 2015 at their Nova Gorica, Slovenia location and now a signature release. Built from eight different malts, this stout delivers a full body with silky texture and restrained aromatics. The nose shows chocolate, caramel and coffee, mirrored on the palate in a well-balanced profile. The beer drinks dry and fruity for its strength, making it approachable despite 9% ABV. A Caesar-style stout that rewards both immediate enjoyment and patient cellaring.
