Ramses Lambok is a Bock from Dutch craft brewery Ramses Bier, based in Hooge Zwaluwe. Brewed with fresh hop flowers, the Golding and Phoenix varieties contribute floral and grassy notes to this dark lager.

The beer presents a dark brown colour with a full, creamy head. On the nose, bready malt, dark chocolate and coffee lead, with hints of raisin and nutty undertones. The palate balances malt sweetness with a crisp, bitter finish that defies the typical sweet profile of traditional bock styles.
