Ramses Itzcuauthli is a light lager from Dutch craft pioneer Ramses Bier, based in Hooge Zwaluwe. At 3.3% ABV, it is an approachable beer that sits comfortably on the palate.

The beer presents a clear golden hue with a delicate head. Aromas are pronounced: sweet malt provides the foundation, followed by fruity notes with distinct citrus character – mandarin and grated citrus zest come to mind. On the palate, the same malty sweetness dominates, complemented by subtle fruit elements and a light bitterness that provides balance.

Ramses is known for its single-hop philosophy, which gives each beer a recognizable, distinctive identity. This lager proves that even a low-alcohol beer can deliver genuine flavour.
