Ramses Houtworm is a collaboration between Ramses Bier and Hommeles from Houten. This is a Rye IPA—an India Pale Ale brewed with rye, which adds a distinctive dimension to the hop character. Ramses Bier, a pioneer in the Dutch craft beer scene since the 1990s, is known for beers with boldness and character.

The Houtworm combines the assertive hop bitterness of an IPA with the warm, spicy notes that rye brings to the table. The result is an interesting twist on the classic IPA profile, where the rye contributes subtle texture and layered flavours.
