Den Dorstige Tijger is a classic among Dutch IPAs, brewed by Ramses Bier in Hooge Zwaluwe. This organic IPA is crafted with Centennial hop flowers added continuously over 120 minutes. The result is an unfiltered and unpasteurised beer with a dry, malty foundation and a distinct bitter finish.

Citrus aromas dominate the nose, while the palate is characterised by hoppy notes that linger. Despite the heavy hop usage, the beer avoids extremes, instead presenting a refined and balanced character. At 6% ABV and 69 IBU, this is a full-bodied IPA distinguished by its organic ingredients and classic brewing approach.
