Hirter Privat Pils is the flagship beer of Privatbrauerei Hirt, one of Europe's oldest independent breweries, established in Carinthia in 1270. Brewed following traditional Bohemian recipes and exclusively with pure aroma hops, this Austrian pilsner undergoes gentle double filtration and remains unpasteurised to preserve its natural character. The refined bitterness is harmoniously balanced and never harsh. It displays a golden hue with a fine white head. Malt and bread crust aromas lead to a clean, hoppy palate with a pleasant bitter finish that lingers with elegance and restraint.
