Zomertrots is a craft witbier from Bierbrouwerij De Pauw in Ommen, brewed using traditional methods at one of the Netherlands' most remote breweries. This beer is made with spelt grain, coriander and orange extract, creating a distinctive blend of spice and citrus character. De Pauw has been brewing for generations with minimal modern equipment – relying only on a thermometer, scales and a watch. All their beers undergo natural bottle conditioning and remain unfiltered and unpasteurised, preserving full flavour and character.
