Pinkus Müller Lagerbier is an organic-certified lager from Münster, a brewery with family roots stretching back to 1816. This is the world's first organically-certified lager, brewed with Demeter-certified brewing malt from Franconia and Tettnanger aroma hops. The beer is aged in the cellar for at least two months. A light and subtle lager with gentle balance between malt and hop. The nose offers soft fruit notes and a hint of citrus, while the palate is delicately sweet and bitter without excess. A traditional, understated beer that finds its strength in simplicity and authenticity—the kind of brew that rewards quiet appreciation over bold claims.
