Omnipollo Neophyte is an ambitious New England-style Double IPA from Swedish brewery Omnipollo, founded in 2010 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. At 8.8% ABV, this hazy IPA marries a full, malty foundation with citric hop character and a remarkably smooth finish. The nose reveals citrus zest and earthy hop notes.
