This bottom-fermented beer is brewed according to the German Purity Law, using only water, malt, hops and yeast. Hops come from Bavaria's Hallertau region, while malt and barley source from surrounding local areas. The beer presents crystal clear and pale golden in colour with a full body and strong depth of flavour. The nose shows sweet, malty notes with subtle floral hop character.
