Gaia is Oedipus Brewing's West Coast IPA interpretation, a copper-to-amber coloured ale from Amsterdam at 7% ABV. The beer showcases resinous and piney hop varieties, particularly Centennial, delivering citrus and grapefruit character. Built on 100% American malted barley and American hops, it balances vibrant hop flavour with a smooth malt foundation.

The nose brings fruity, floral and hoppy aromatics with pronounced resinous notes. On the palate, hop bitterness takes centre stage, supported by subtle malt sweetness and a clean body. The finish is assertively bitter and dry, characteristic of authentic West Coast IPA tradition.
