Holy Faith is Northern Monk's alcohol-free take on their beloved Faith pale ale, first brewed in 2020. This 0.5% hazy pale ale proves that low-alcohol beers can deliver genuine flavour: it became the first alcohol-free beer ever to win three stars at the Great Taste Awards. The taste is crisp and refreshing, with citrus and tropical fruit notes from hop varieties including Citra and El Dorado. The use of barley and oats creates a fuller flavour profile than you'd expect from an alcohol-free beer. Bitterness is well-balanced, with a dry, clean finish that invites another sip.
