First brewed in 2021 to mark the brewery's tenth anniversary, this witbier combines tradition with contemporary craft brewing. The recipe uses 60% wheat malt alongside selected American hop varieties to create a fruit-forward, thirst-quenching character. The beer balances the classic Belgian witbier style with a modern hop profile. American hops contribute fruity notes that enhance the light, crisp nature of the brew.
