Nevel Stuimig is a wild ale from Nevel Artisan Ales in Nijmegen, a brewery dedicated entirely to spontaneous fermentation and local sourcing. This beer is brewed with ingredients from the surrounding region: heritage grains, wild herbs and botanicals foraged directly from nature.

Stuimig embodies Nevel's commitment to wildness. The aroma reveals earthy farmyard character and bramble, with hints of dried fruit and subtle floral hop notes. On the palate, bright acidity and complex wild yeasts blend with understated fruity undertones.

This brewery ceased production of new beers in 2024 and is now selling its remaining stock.
