Nevel Bast is an American Wild Ale from Nevel Artisan Ales in Nijmegen, brewed with locally sourced ingredients from the surrounding region. This dark, gently sour beer matured for eleven months in wooden barrels, developing a rich and layered character. Oak bark, blackthorn branches and pine tops were added during brewing, giving the beer a pronounced earthy and natural profile.

At 5.7% ABV with subtle licorice notes, Nevel Bast reflects the brewery's commitment to working close to nature. It pairs well with spiced and meat-based dishes.
