De Roos Winterbier is a seasonal Belgian Ale from Museumbrouwerij De Roos, the Netherlands' only authentic village brewery, based in Hilvarenbeek since 1877. Brewed at 8% ABV in a heritage-listed building using original 19th-century equipment, this dark and flavourful ale captures the warmth of winter brewing traditions.
