The brewery has been operating since 1877 and continues to brew using original 19th-century equipment in an authentic village brewery setting. This beer displays the characteristic complexity of Belgian yeast fermentation. At 6.5% ABV, it carries more body than a standard blonde ale, with a balanced flavour profile where fruity notes and yeast character are distinctly present.
