Luxe Brut IPA #1 is the first in a series of brut IPAs from Lux Brewery in Eindhoven. Brewed with Hallertau Blanc and El Dorado hops, this beer achieves an exceptionally low final gravity of 0.998, delivering the dry, champagne-like character that defines the brut IPA style. The beer presents with fruity aromatics and a pleasant bitterness. On the palate, it is dry and slightly astringent, with a clean finish that remains dry and fruity. High carbonation gives it a crisp, effervescent mouthfeel reminiscent of sparkling wine. This vegan-friendly beer merges the bold hop character of an IPA with the elegant dryness of a brut, creating a refreshing and distinctive drinking experience.
