This bottle-refermented beer emerged from a single 2000-litre batch, yielding five distinct fruity variants. Composed of five hop varieties, Hopus delivers a powerful bitterness balanced by fruity notes of grapefruit and red currant, with subtle jasmine blossom undertones. The nose reveals typical hop and fermentation aromas, characteristic of a strong, bitter beer with distinct terroir. On the palate, it drinks smoothly with full flavour and a long, balanced bitterness that remains refined. The profile is crisp and layered, driven by the fresh hop additions.
