Kâld Kletske Pils is a Dutch pilsner brewed by Brouwerij Dockum in Dokkum, Friesland. The brand has roots reaching back to 2014, when it was developed by Sytze Hoogstins of brouwerij de Hoge Stins. In 2018, Brouwerij Dockum opened its doors and took over production, reviving a historic brewing tradition in this Frisian town. At 4.9% ABV, this pilsner displays a golden-yellow hue topped with a clean white head. The nose is fresh with restrained hoppy notes, characteristic of classic Dutch pilsner style. The palate is smooth and subtle, making it an ideal pairing for lighter dishes such as salads, poultry, and white fish.
