Koningshert Drachtster Weizen is a Weizen from Drachten, Friesland, brewed by Drachtsterbrouwers since 2015. The beer displays a beautiful blonde hue topped with a white foam head, crafted with wheat and barley using spring and groundwater. The aroma is dominated by fruity notes, with distinctive banana character typical of the Weizen style. It presents as a creamy beer that embodies the classic traits expected of this traditional German-inspired wheat beer. Pairs well with light dishes such as salads, poultry and white fish. Serve between 6–9°C for best results.
