Ex-Girlfriend is Jopen's ambitious Eisbock, matured for 121 days in Heaven Hill and Jim Beam Bourbon barrels. This intense beer is created by applying the traditional eisbock method to a strong bock base, resulting in a full-bodied spirit with 10.5% ABV.

In the glass, a dark beer presents itself with a mocha-tinted foam head. The nose brings forward bourbon character prominently, supported by notes of raisin, vanilla and liquorice. On the palate, warm and sweet accents follow with caramel and red fruit, while the alcohol manifests itself noticeably yet pleasantly.
