Berging Brouwerij, a microbrewery in Purmerend, crafted this premium Barley Wine infused with cognac from 60% grande champagne and 40% petit champagne grapes. The beer marries the full, malty foundation of the base recipe with the refined character of a VSOP spirit.

Caramel and red fruit from the beer meld with jasmine, acacia, vanilla and oak from the cognac infusion. The result is a complex, warming drink with considerable depth. This marks the final release in the brewery's BW series, reflecting their commitment to producing distinctive Dutch craft beer.
