OLAF is an organically brewed tripel from Biologische Brouwerij Jessenhofke in Kuringen (Hasselt). Named after an inspiring figure known for his generosity and readiness to help, this beer carries a story of character. It is crafted with water, malt, wheat, Munich malt and certified organic hops – Pilgrims, Goldings and Challenger – rounded out with unrefined cane sugar and Lallemand Abbaye yeast. The aroma presents an intriguing balance of sweet and herbal notes. On the palate, fruity character emerges with stone fruit and subtle tropical hints, complemented by citrus brightness. A crisp, grassy hop bitterness provides definition, leading to a clean, lingering dry finish.
