Delirium Argentum is an amber-coloured IPA from Brouwerij Huyghe, brewed to commemorate the Delirium brand's 25th anniversary. This beer merges American IPA character with Belgian tradition: a full body with subtle caramel notes, balanced by spice and citrus-forward bitterness. It is brewed with barley malt, coriander and Hallertau Brewer Gold hops.

The flavour opens with fruity and floral notes, quickly settling into a dry, bitter finish. The beer bottle-ferments, adding further complexity and character. Argentum defies easy categorisation—it sits between imperial IPA and Belgian golden strong ale, offering Belgian refinement alongside assertive hop bitterness.
