Gudzekop Ruimschoots is an original quadrupel from Frisian brewery Gudzekop, brewed with traditional Frisian spiced bread (kruidkoek). This robust ale combines generous amounts of carefully selected malts with the distinctive flavours of this regional ingredient. The beer displays sweet, syrupy character with licorice-like notes and warming depth. Aromas are complex and inviting, while the palate reveals full malt presence with subtle spiced-bread undertones. The finish is warm and lingering, appropriate to its 9.5% alcohol content. A characterful expression of Frisian brewing heritage.
