Gooisch Wit is an unconventional witbier from Gooische Bierbrouwerij in Hilversum, brewed with buckwheat instead of wheat. This choice gives the beer a creamier mouthfeel and softer character than traditional wheat beers. The brewery was founded in 2010 by four friends driven by a desire to craft approachable, locally rooted beer.

In the glass it appears hazy and golden yellow. The aroma brings fruity notes, citrus and spicy yeast character. The palate combines light fruitiness with citrus and a hint of wheaty sweetness, balanced by a gentle hop bitterness. The finish is creamy and full-bodied, without heaviness.
