This beer is crafted with four malt varieties and unrefined jaggery sugar, combined with classic American IPA hops. The bitterness comes primarily from roasted grain rather than assertive hop character. Pour reveals a deep oxblood colour with a sturdy head. The aroma leads with coffee and roasted grain, backed by subtle citrus notes. On the palate, rich roasted malt flavours develop into brown sugar and liquorice, with spicy, herbal edges from the hops. The finish is long and dry, with lingering bitterness and a touch of mineral dryness.
