Midas from Epe Bier Collectief is a five-grain tripel built on a distinctive blend of barley, oats, rye, wheat and spelt. This golden ale presents itself with elegance and flavour, displaying clear notes of nuts and citrus derived from Wai-iti and Pacific Gem hops.

The palate is creamy and spiced with sufficient body for a 9% tripel. The five-grain bill creates a more complex, malty foundation than traditional tripels, resulting in a beer with substance and character.
