Nachtzuster is a quadrupel from De Nachtbrouwerij in Dongen, brewed by Jack Nollen. The brewery's name reflects its founder's practice of brewing at night, when he can focus undisturbed on his craft. Nachtzuster delivers a spiced, lightly sweet and warming experience. Coriander, anise and clove are subtly woven through both aroma and palate. At 9.5% alcohol, the beer develops a full, warming character that lingers pleasantly. Serve between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius.
