The finish is long and lingering, with malty and bread notes persisting. De Brouwschuur brews in a former industrial building from 1912 in Weert that once housed an iron foundry. This craft brewery, established in 2016, produces a dubbel with natural affinity for fatty fish, spiced dishes and meat courses.
