DAVO Zeppelin is an American IPA brewed by DAVO Bieren, the city brewery of Deventer established in 2012. This beer emerged from an experimental batch in which a single 2000-litre base beer was crafted into five distinct fruity variants, developed in collaboration with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo.

The aroma presents citrus notes with light hop character. On the palate, malt and hop bitterness balance well, supported by fruity and citrus flavours. The finish is dry and bitter, delivering the clean, assertive conclusion expected of a well-made American IPA.
