DAVO Hoppen Blond was the first beer brewed by DAVO Bieren in 2012, marking the brewery's debut from Deventer. This American-style IPA balances a blonde base with pronounced hop bitterness and full flavour. At 7.5% ABV, it delivers assertive bite with citrus aromatics and fruity character. The nose presents grassy and citrus hop notes, supported by light malt. On the palate, bold hop bitterness and fruit develop, defining the American IPA character. The finish is dry and bitter, lingering pleasantly. The beer drinks fresh and crisp with well-judged carbonation.
