Dobra Noc from Browar Za Miastem is a traditional oatmeal stout drawing inspiration from British brewing heritage. This Polish craft beer is jet black with a creamy, long-lasting head. The aroma is pleasant with delicate roasted character. On the palate, coffee and dark chocolate notes emerge prominently, supported by a full yet smooth mouthfeel. Barley malts including pilsner, chocolate, caramel aromatic and Carafa III Special create a roasted foundation that remains restrained, making this stout highly approachable and drinkable. Browar Za Miastem, founded in 2017 by friends Marek and Tomek, crafts beers that embody relaxation and quiet moments—a philosophy reflected in the beer's name, Dobra Noc, meaning 'Good Night'.
