Vandenbroek Quetsch Watergeus is a balanced, refreshingly sour gueuze from Brouwerij Vandenbroek in the Netherlands. Fermented with two varieties of plums and aged for at least two years in carefully selected barrels of spontaneously fermented beer, this gueuze achieves remarkable complexity. Notes of apple, citrus, oak and earthy cellar character define its profile. The nose reveals sour plums, apricot and brett character. On the palate, intense sour apples, apricot, plums and spices emerge, interwoven with citrus and a hint of vinegar. A gueuze that demonstrates craft and respect for natural fermentation.
