Fruitage by Rodenbach is a refined fruit beer built on the brewery's classic Flanders Red ale foundation. It blends 25% two-year-aged beer matured in oak foeders with 75% young ale, enriched with red fruits including cherries and elderberries. This combination creates a delicate sweet-sour balance with approachable fruity character. The low alcohol content makes it an excellent aperitif or warm-weather refresher. The palate opens with bright fruit notes, followed by subtle cherry undertones and a gentle sour finish. Despite its modest ABV, Fruitage delivers surprising flavour depth that honours Rodenbach's long brewing heritage.
