This annual vintage reflects BOM's distinctive philosophy: each beer receives its own recipe, built on the foundation of home-baked malt developed by the brewery's own maltbakery. The Belgian Oak presents with depth and character, revealing aromas of dark bread, dark fruit and oak wood. The palate is layered with caramel, dark fruit notes and toffee, anchored by the assertive bitterness of intensely roasted malt.
