Vreemdeling Nr 11 is an Amber Weizen from Brouwerij Maallust in Veenhuizen, brewed with wheat malt, hops and top-fermenting yeast. This unfiltered and unpasteurised beer emerged from a distinctive brewing experiment: a single 2000-litre batch was split by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo into five different fruity variants. The result is a weizen with character and subtle fruit notes. Maallust brews on historic ground in a former pauper colony, where the brewery has crafted artisanal beer since 2011 using quality ingredients. This beer carries that philosophy: honest, unpolished and full of story.
