Brouwerij Klein Duimpje's Proud to be Stout is an uncompromising Imperial Russian Stout at 11% ABV, built on a foundation of seven malt varieties: Pilsner, Crystal, Special-B, Amber, Black Malt, Brown Malt and Oat Malt. Challenger hops provide restrained bitterness, but the beer's true character comes from customer-foraged blackberries that add a distinctive tart fruitiness and depth. This is a full-bodied, robust stout that demands respect. The blackberries cut through the dark, roasted malt backbone with bright acidity, creating an unusual balance between intensity and refreshment.
