Long Island Deli Politics is an ambitious collaboration between Azvex Brewing Company in Liverpool and Long Island's legendary Barrier Brewing Co. This New England IPA brings together three classic hop varieties—Nelson, Simcoe and Riwaka—for a full, aromatic experience. The brew uses barley, wheat and oats to build body and smoothness. At 6.8% ABV, it strikes the balance Azvex pursues: a hop-forward ale with substance, designed to satisfy without overwhelming.
