This top-fermented brown ale at 6.5% alcohol was named best Dubbel in Belgium and draws its character from local ingredients and traditional brewing craft. The beer delivers a complex flavour where ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg blend with burnt caramel and soft biscuit notes.
