Brewed with four grains, four spices and Maria thistle, this top-fermented beer carries the name of the famous WWI trench newspaper that British soldiers published in the city. The nose reveals fruity ester notes with vanilla and banana undertones, paired with delicate floral touches. On the palate, a creamy sweetness unfolds with citrus notes and a hint of sweet lemon drops. The finish is clean and dry, with a gentle bitterness that balances the malt's natural sweetness.
