Blondje from Brouwerij 't Gaverhopke is a golden blonde ale at 6.7% ABV, bottle-conditioned and brewed in Stasegem. This small family brewery, founded in 1994 by Erik Ameye and Christiane Soens, has operated since 2015 from the château Goed te Nieuwenhove. The beer appears hazy golden with a beige head. The aroma shows malt, straw and yeast character. On the palate, sweet malt dominates with subtle notes of hay and fruit. The finish is clean and approachable, with good body and no harsh bitterness—a straightforward, satisfying blonde ale.
