This gentle, spiced witbier is known for its fresh and refined character, brewed with organic ingredients sourced from Dutch soil. The nose reveals subtle malt and citrus notes. On the palate, fresh and spicy components lead, with clear accents of lemon and elderflower. The mouthfeel is full and creamy, while the finish is crisp and dry with a light tartness and gentle bitterness. The name draws inspiration from the Dutch Royal House—Willem's Wit is the first jewel in Het Paleisje's royally-themed beer collection.
