At 6.5% ABV, it combines barley and wheat malt with select hop varieties to create a balanced, approachable beer. The beer is light-coloured and dry, with a refreshing profile and moderate bitterness. Fruity notes emerge on the palate, complemented by subtle floral and herbal hop character. The finish is dry and warming, with gin-like alcohol notes that enhance the malt's bitter edge without becoming harsh. Netebuk Original represents a distinctive brewing philosophy: a single 2000-litre base batch was split into five distinct fruity variants, demonstrating the brewery's experimental approach to flavour development.
