The beer comes from Brouwerij Fort Lapin, an artisanal brewery founded in Bruges in 2011, where all beers are brewed, bottled and sold on-site. This blonde ale opens with subtle citrus notes and Belgian noble hop character. The palate is dry and refined, with gentle caramel and toffee undertones that balance the crisp hop finish.
