Brouwerij Emelisse created this Imperial Stout to mark the brewery's 15th anniversary. The beer was aged on small cognac casks, imparting distinctive character and depth. At 15% ABV, this is a substantial, complex stout with impressive body and presence.

In the glass, it appears very dark brown with a light tan head. The nose reveals sweet and alcoholic notes with cognac in the background. On the palate, full-bodied flavours emerge with clear chocolate and coffee character, enhanced by the cognac cask influence.
